Peak Performance Award

The Workforce Skills Gap
Junior Achievement equips students with skills that are critical to their successful participation in the workforce and post secondary education. Specifically, students in JA improve their 21st-century skills.
JA Finance Park
JA Finance Park® is a hands-on program which includes in-school, teacher-led activities culminating in an “off-site” visit to Capital One/JA Finance Park™, where volunteers mentor students as they make real life financial decisions.
